Jeff Stark
"My job is to shed light, not to master"
My intention as a therapist is to create an environment that is supportive, positive, and in which the client has both freedom of expression and freedom from judgment. My work is grounded in the principles of mindfulness; utilizing the proper strategies and techniques while customizing my approach to fit your needs. Together we will address patterns of thought and behavior known to impact how we think, react and feel. Even small changes in these daily habits can improve wellness and bring clarity to concerns, goals, and ideas for more creative, sustainable approaches to living.
Together we will each experience a gentle, supportive way of working with the source of emotions and perceptions.
Vallery Jackson
“Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.” - Harriet Tubman
Vallery Jackson is a master’s level, licensed professional counselor. She received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University, as well as her certification in Couples and Family Therapy. She has also received advanced training forDialectal Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
She views therapy as a tool that can help reorient individuals, couples, and families, to empower them to decide what they want and need to heal and continue progressing. She believes the first step is acknowledging how our experiences have molded our lives, from there we can move forward to take the steps required for our journeys. With dedication and drive, CHANGE is always possible.

Sara Haase
“I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so and you appreciate them when they’re right. You believe lies so that you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.”-Marilyn Monroe
Sara is a Certified National Counselor, a Licensed Professional Counselor candidate, and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Argosy University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. Sara is certified in Reiki.

Justin Miller
“Forces beyond your control can take away everything you possess except one thing, your freedom to choose how you will respond to the situation”
― Victor Frankl
Justin is currently in the final year of his graduate counseling program at National Louis University and is passionate about working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, and those dealing with severe mental illnesses.
